By downloading, installing, or using the Calro application ("App," "Service," or "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Calro is a nutrition tracking application that provides:

• AI-powered food recognition and nutrition analysis
• Comprehensive supplement tracking and management
• Barcode scanning for packaged foods
• Recipe creation and meal planning tools
• Nutrition insights and progress tracking
• Data export capabilities

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain more than one account

Subscription Terms and Billing

• Pro subscription ($9.99/month or $99.99/year)
• Max subscription ($19.99/month or $199.99/year)
• Family and student discount plans where available

Billing and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice
• Auto-renewal can be disabled in your account settings
• Taxes may apply based on your location

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused features
• Free trial periods can be cancelled without charge

• You grant us license to use your data to provide the Service
• You may request deletion of your data at any time
• Recipes and content you create remain yours

Privacy and Data Protection

Limitation of Liability

• Maximum liability limited to the amount paid for subscription in past 12 months

Termination

Termination by You

• You may delete your account at any time through app settings
• Cancelling subscription does not automatically delete your account
• You may request complete data deletion by contacting support

Termination by Us

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• 30 days notice will be provided for non-violation terminations
• Immediate termination for serious violations or illegal activity
• Data will be made available for export before account deletion

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States
• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
• Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association
• Class action lawsuits are waived
• Some jurisdictions may not allow arbitration limitations
